What is your policy on alcohol deliveries?
In accordance with local liquor laws, any hamper containing alcohol must be ordered by and delivered to a person over the age of 18. A signature and valid ID may be required upon delivery.
Do you offer same-day delivery for last-minute gifts?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10:00 AM within select metropolitan areas. For all other regions, we provide standard and express shipping options to meet your deadlines.
What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
If there is a safe place to leave the package, our couriers will do so and take a photo for confirmation. If not, a calling card will be left, and the basket will be taken to the nearest collection point to ensure the food stays secure.
